Fees, Payment and Policies
Fees and Packages
Personal training
One personal training session lasting 60 minutes is $70-$85 depending on distance and drive time. Sessions are also sold at a discount
in the following packages:
6 sessions: $65-$75 per session
10 sessions: $60-$70 per session
15 sessions: $55-$65 per session
20 or more sessions: $50-$60 per session
Partner training: $35-$45 per person*
Online training:
$39.00 per month. Please request Paige Waehner when signing up.
Payment Schedules and Information
All payments are due
prior to the scheduled personal training session. Payments
for packages are due in full. Clients may pay by check, cash or
paypal.
Policies
1.
Late sessions. Sessions last for 60 minutes. If session
begins late due to the client, the sessions will end at the scheduled time.
If session begins late because of me, the session will last an hour from
when it starts.
2. Cancellations: Client must cancel at least
24 hours before the session to avoid being charged for the
session. All last minute cancellations will be charged, regardless of
the reason.
3. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled
without charge with advance notice (at least 24 hours before the session).
4. Client Rights: You have the right to stop
any workout or exercise at any time if you feel any pain or discomfort or if
you just hate the exercise. Always provide feedback to ensure you get
the best training experience you can!
5. Requirements: Client will dress
appropriately and wear proper athletic shoes. I won't train anyone
wearing flip flops, heels, house shoes or barefoot (and, trust me, I've seen
it all!)

Requirements
for Partner Training.
For partner training, both clients should have similar goals and fitness levels.
I reserve the right to refuse partner training if one person is at a totally different level than the other. That may compromise the
quality of each person's workout, especially if one person needs more instruction or attention.
